November 10- Arrive Tel Aviv (TLV) any time

Three options to meet up with the tour:

-Tel Aviv Airport @ 7:30AM

-Jaffa - St Peter Church @11:30AM

-Hotel - check-in time @3:00PM / dinner @6:30PM

There is a complimentary airport transfer at approximately 7:45AM for flights arriving 6:45AM or earlier. These early arrivals will tour Jaffa before going to the hotel.

Passengers arriving later will need to make their own way to Jaffa or the first hotel in Tel Aviv.

November 19- Depart Tel Aviv Airport (TLV) 12:00AM or later

The Israel tour concludes with the farewell dinner on November 18. We will transport the group to the Tel Aviv airport in time for flights 12:00AM or later on November 19. Your hotel is included the evening of November 18-19, which will either provide you with a late check-out or you can spend the evening. You will be responsible for your own transportation to the airport if you do not take the complimentary shuttle.

November 22 - Depart from Amman any time

There is a complimentary airport transfer at approximately 11:30PM on November 21 for overnight return flights departing 2:30AM or later, as most flights from Amman are at 2:30 or 3:30AM. Your hotel is included for the evening of November 21-22, which will either provide you with a late check-out or you can spend the evening. You will be responsible for your own transportation to the airport if you do not take the complimentary shuttle.

The initial $350 deposit is nonrefundable regardless of world events. All payments are nonrefundable in the event a tour participant cancels their own participation in the tour except as covered by the optional purchase of travel insurance with a cancellation benefit. Insurance is available as part of the registration process on this site.

This trip is offered at a cash/check discount. You can pay through this portal with your bank account details (routing and account number) or send checks/money orders to the office address. Credit/debit cards are accepted as a form of payment on this portal 

In the event that the tour has to be rescheduled due to a Force Majeure occurence such as war or pandemic, the tour will be rescheduled to a later date.  Mayfair Travel will work with all suppliers to negotiate all funds transferred to the new dates.  If this occurs, all options for travel credit and/or refunds will be presented to all travelers based on the policies in effect at the time.
