October 13 - Arrive Tel Aviv (TLV) any time

We will provide one complimentary airport to hotel transfer at a time to be determined once group flight information is released ~9 months prior to the tour.

October 21 - Depart Tel Aviv (TLV) 11 PM or later

Your tour concludes with the farewell dinner. We will transport the group to the Tel Aviv Airport in time for flights 11PM or later.

All international travelers from  visa-exempt countries, including the United States, need to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA-IL) prior to traveling to Israel. 

The ETA costs approximately $7 USD. We kindly ask that you complete the online application by two months prior to your departure date, using the following link:

The application process is quick and simple—only taking 5-10 minutes to complete—and requires your passport information. The ETA is valid for two years as long as your passport also has two years of validity left on it.

The initial deposit is nonrefundable regardless of world events. All payments are nonrefundable in the event a tour participant cancels their own participation in the tour except as covered by the optional purchase of travel insurance with a cancellation benefit. Insurance is available as part of the registration process on this site.

In the event that the tour has to be rescheduled due to a Force Majeure occurence such as war or pandemic, the tour will be rescheduled to a later date.  Mayfair Travel will work with all suppliers to negotiate all funds transferred to the new dates.  If this occurs, all options for travel credit and/or refunds will be presented to all travelers based on the policies in effect at the time.

Please note that your group trip cost is being offered at a cash/check discount. Credit card payments will be billed at non-discounted (2.9-3.9% additional) rate. You can pay through this portal with your bank account details (routing and account number) or send checks to the office address. Prices are per person based on double occupancy.

Air is not included in the land only package. Air will be made available ~9 months prior to the tour dates. You will need to depart the USA no later than October 12 in order to join the tour on October 13.
