-Seats are assigned at the airport.

-Specific seat requests are not guaranteed, and we cannot ensure that spouses, family members, or travel companions will be seated together.

-Due to airline restrictions on group reservations, our office is unable to assist with seat assignments. If you purchase this air package, please do not contact our office for assistance with seat selection, as we do not have access to make those changes.

-Group seats cannot be upgraded in advance and must be requested or purchased directly from the airline at the airport  (extra legroom, preferred location, exit row, etc...)

-Group seats are only offered in Main Cabin Economy.  Premium Economy & Business class upgrades are not available as part of the group.

-Group air includes 1 checked bag up to 50 lbs, 1 carry on & 1 personal item.

December 1 - Arrive Vilnus, Lithuania (VNO) any time

We will provide a complimentary airport transfer for everyone arriving on the group flights, which arrives at 6PM and anyone arriving 6PM or earlier who wants to take our transfer. Please note, you need to depart from the US no later than November 30 in order to

December 8 - For people returning home and not participating in the Finland Extension

Depart Talllinn, Estonia (TLL) any time. We will provide a complimentary airport transfer for people taking flights departing 8AM or later. If you are not using our airport shuttle you can take a cab to the hotel or book a private transfer, details later.

Please note: Transportation from Tallinn, Estonia to Rovaniemi, Finland on December 8 for the extension is included in the extension package.

December 11 - For participants of the Finland Extension

Depart Rovaniemi (RVN) 12:55PM or later in order to take advantage of the included airport transportation.

Purchase air though us or on your own, group air reservations will be available in February - You need to depart the US no later than November 30 in order to arrive in Vilnius on December 1.

If you are purchasing flights on your own, you must arrive at the same time as the group or earlier in order to be included in the group transportation from the airport to the first city of our tour, Vilnius. Alternatively, you can arrive any time and you'll be responsible to get to our hotel on your own.

Arrival in Vilnius. Transfer to the Hotel Vilnia 4* (or similar), welcome meet & greet and .time to enjoy the nearby Christmas Markets together or at your leisure.

Visiting Vilnius in winter is a truly unique experience,where centuries of history blend with the charm of the holiday season. In the morning, enjoy a guided tour of the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, filled with cobblestone streets and baroque splendor. Highlights include the 17th-century masterpiece St. Peter and Paul

Church, the famous Gate of Dawn, the Gothic gem St. Anne’s Church, historic Vilnius University, and the majestic Vilnius Cathedral. Afterwards, you will have free time to stroll through the magical Christmas Town at Cathedral Square at your own pace. Soak in the festive spirit, admire one of Europe’s most stunning Christmas trees, browse artisan stalls, and savor seasonal treats. Overnight stay in Vilnius.

In the morning, we depart for Riga with several unforgettable stops along the way.

Our first stop is the beautiful medieval Trakai Castle, on an island on a peaceful lake. Then we stop at the Hill of Crosses, one of Lithuania's most awe-inspiring and

symbolic landmarks. This extraordinary site, covered with thousands of crosses

placed by pilgrims over the centuries, is both moving and visually striking. Next, stop for lunch before we continue our journey north to Riga. In the evening, immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere of the Cathedral Square Christmas Market, the most authentic in Riga, featuring dozens of craft and food stalls and a towering Christmas tree. Check in at the well-appointed 4* Hotel Koventa Seta in Old Town (or similar).

Today, discover the very best of Riga, the vibrant capital of Latvia. Stroll through the cobblestone lanes of the Old Town, admire its medieval houses and churches, and explore the city’s most famous landmarks. Highlights include Riga Castle, one of the largest medieval castles in Latvia; the majestic Riga Dome Cathedral, the largest place of worship in the Baltics; St. Peter’s Church with its iconic tower; the exclusive Swedish Gate; the charming medieval houses known as The Three Brothers; the historic Large and Small Guild Houses; and the symbolic Freedom Monument. After the tour, we continue to the Lido Recreational Centre, located in the largest wooden log house in Europe and surrounded by winter attractions. After breakfast, we journey north to the fairytale-like medieval walled captial of Estonia, Tallinn. En route we'll stop at Turaida Castle, another medieval gem. After some free time for lunch, we reach Tallinn. Upon arrival, check in at the well-appointed 4* Palace Hotel, a Radisson property (or similar). In the evening, immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere of Tallinn’s world-renowned Christmas Market, which consistently makes the top 10 list of best Christmas Markets in Europe year after year. Here seasonal magic unfolds against the backdrop of the historic Town Hall Square.

Hotel: 3 nights Radisson's Palace Hotel, or similar

Winter is a magical season in Estonia, filled with festive charm and unique seasonal traditions. Celebrating Christmas in Tallinn promises to be an unforgettable experience. In the morning, enjoy a guided tour of the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where cobblestone streets and medieval architecture create fairytale atmosphere. Highlights include Toompea Castle, the medieval Dome Cathedral, the striking Orthodox Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, St. Nicholas Church, and the Old Town Hall – one of the oldest in Northern Europe. After free time for lunch, we continue to the magnificent Kadriorg Palace, the grandest Baroque palace and park

In the evening, immerse yourself in the festive spirit at the traditional Tallinn Christmas Market, where the Town Hall Square transforms into a sparkling winter wonderland. Browse charming Christmas fairs organized by locals, offering seasonal delicacies, handmade crafts, and gifts.
