Israeli & Jordan Visas
Israel
All international travelers from visa-exempt countries, including the United States, need to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA-IL) prior to traveling to Israel.
The ETA costs approximately $7 USD. We kindly ask that you complete the online application by two months prior to your departure date, using the following link:
The application process is quick and simple—only taking 5-10 minutes to complete—and requires your passport information. The ETA is valid for two years as long as your passport also has two years of validity left on it.

Jordan
If you participate in the extension to Petra you will need a Jordanian visa. The price of the extension includes this visa and we will process it for you as long as we have all of your passport information by final payment time.

Terms & Conditions
The initial $350 deposit is nonrefundable regardless of world events. All payments are nonrefundable in the event a tour participant cancels their own participation in the tour except as covered by the optional purchase of travel insurance with a cancellation benefit. Insurance is available as part of the registration process on this site.
This trip is offered at a cash/check discount. You can pay through this portal with your bank account details (routing and account number) or send checks/money orders to the office address. Credit/debit cards are accepted as a form of payment on this portal
In the event that the tour has to be rescheduled due to a Force Majeure occurence such as war or pandemic, the tour will be rescheduled to a later date. Mayfair Travel will work with all suppliers to negotiate all funds transferred to the new dates. If this occurs, all options for travel credit and/or refunds will be presented to all travelers based on the policies in effect at the time. Please note that your group trip cost is being offered at a cash/check discount. Credit card payments will be billed at non-discounted (3% additional) rate. Prices are per person based on double occupancy.

Available Packages
Per person price for one person sharing a room with one or two other people.
This option does NOT include air. Air will be made available approximately 9 months prior to the trip.
If you choose to purchase your own air, please request the group's air schedule from our office. You must arrive at the same time or before the group and depart around the same time or after in order to be included in the airport transportation included with the tour.
The tour begins at the Tel Aviv Airport at a time to be determined on March 2 and concludes at the Tel Aviv Airport on March 11. Times are subject to change according to the main group's flight schedule so please consult with our office prior to buying your own flights if you are arriving & departing on the days of the tour.

If you do not have a roommate yet and would like us to try to find a roommate for you, you can still choose this option and will only be subject to the single supplement in the event a roommate does not become available. You will be notified prior to the final payment deadline if a roommate is not available.

Optional Southern Israel extension with a daytrip to Petra with 4 nights hotel and touring as follows: 1 night Dead Sea, 2 nights Eilat (Red Sea resort town), 1 night Tel Aviv. Stay in luxurious 5* sea-front hotels. All touring is included as is your Jordanian visa and border crossing taxes & fees.
