If you do not plan to purchase the group air option for this trip, here's what you need to know in order to meet up with the tour in Jordan:

Day of Arrival:  March 19 - Arrive Amman airport any time 

There is a complimentary airport transfers coordinated with the group flight arrival times at 1:05AM on March 20 for anyone arriving at the same time as or earlier than the group flight times.    

Day of Departure:  March 29  - Depart Amman airport  any time

There is a complimentary airport transfers from the hotel to the Amman airport at in time for flights departing 10:30AM or later.

Israel

All international travelers from  visa-exempt countries, including the United States, need to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA-IL) prior to traveling to Israel.

The ETA costs approximately $7 USD. We kindly ask that you complete the online application by two months prior to your departure date, using the following link: israel-entry.piba.gov.il. 

The application process is quick and simple—only taking 5-10 minutes to complete—and requires your passport information. The ETA is valid for two years as long as your passport also has two years of validity left on it.

Jordan

If you are purchasing the air-inclusive package with the Turkish Airlines flights (departing Seattle on March 18), we are able to process your Jordanian entry visas for you. You must submit your passport information to us via your WeTravel account by the final payment date.  Otherwise, you can purchase your Jordanian visa at the Amman airport upon arrival. Approximate cost is $56 USD.

The initial $350 deposit is nonrefundable regardless of world events. All payments are nonrefundable in the event a tour participant cancels their own participation in the tour except as covered by the optional purchase of travel insurance with a cancellation benefit. Insurance is available as part of the registration process on this site.

 In the event that the tour has to be rescheduled due to a Force Majeure occurence such as war or pandemic, the tour will be rescheduled to a later date.  Mayfair Travel will work with all suppliers to negotiate all funds transferred to the new dates.  If this occurs, all options for travel credit and/or refunds will be presented to all travelers based on the policies in effect at the time.   Please note that your group trip cost is being offered at a cash/check discount. Credit card payments will be billed at non-discounted (3% additional) rate.  Prices are per person based on double occupancy.
