Terms & Conditions

-Seats are assigned at the airport.

-Specific seat requests are not guaranteed, and we cannot ensure that spouses, family members, or travel companions will be seated together.

-Due to airline restrictions on group reservations, our office is unable to assist with seat assignments. If you purchase this air package, please do not contact our office for assistance with seat selection, as we do not have access to make those changes.

-Group seats cannot be upgraded in advance and must be requested or purchased directly from the airline at the airport  (extra legroom, preferred location, exit row, etc...)

-Group seats are only offered in Main Cabin Economy.  Premium Economy & Business class upgrades are not available as part of the group.

-No date or gateway deviations permitted.

Please note: If you are not participating in the Jordan Extension you will need to purchase air on an individual basis as there are not enough people that are only touring Israel in order to offer a group reservation.

If you are securing your own flights, please adhere to the following flight parameters in order to participate fully on the tour:

ALL TOUR PARTICIPANTS: October 13 - Arrive Tel Aviv 5:00PM or earlier

Participants must take flights arriving 5:00PM or earlier. The tour will meet in the Arrivals Hall of the airport at approximately 6:00PM, once people arriving on those flights have cleared immigration and obtained their luggage. Please note, you need to depart the US no later than October 12 in order to arrive Tel Aviv on October 13.

Passengers arriving later will need to make their own way to the first hotel in Netanya at their own expense. Netanya is approximately 45 minutes north of Tel Aviv and the transfer there is costly.

TOUR PARTICIPANTS NOT TRAVELING TO JORDAN: October 21 Depart Tel Aviv Airport 11PM or later

The tour concludes with the farewell dinner on October 21. We will transport the group to the airport in time for flights departing 11PM or later.

JORDAN EXTENSION PARTICIPANTS: October 24 - Depart Amman any time

We will provide a complimentary transfer to the Amman airport in time for flights departing at 3:20AM or later.

The ETA costs approximately $7 USD. We kindly ask that you complete the online application by two months prior to your departure date, using the following link:

The application process is quick and simple—only taking 5-10 minutes to complete—and requires your passport information. The ETA is valid for two years as long as your passport also has two years of validity left on it.

The initial $350 deposit is nonrefundable regardless of world events. All payments are nonrefundable in the event a tour participant cancels their own participation in the tour except as covered by the optional purchase of travel insurance with a cancellation benefit. Insurance is available as part of the registration process on this site.

This trip is offered at a cash/check discount. You can pay through this portal with your bank account details (routing and account number) or send checks/money orders to the office address. Credit/debit cards are accepted as a form of payment on this portal 

 In the event that the tour has to be rescheduled due to a Force Majeure occurence such as war or pandemic, the tour will be rescheduled to a later date.  Mayfair Travel will work with all suppliers to negotiate all funds transferred to the new dates.  If this occurs, all options for travel credit and/or refunds will be presented to all travelers based on the policies in effect at the time.   Please note that your group trip cost is being offered at a cash/check discount. Credit card payments will be billed at non-discounted (3% additional) rate.  Prices are per person based on double occupancy.

Welcome to Israel!  Visit Jaffa (biblical Joppa) on the Mediterranean Coast as we make our way to our first night's hotel.

 In Galilee we will visit many Old & New Testament sites alike. Highlights include: Mount Carmel, Tel Megiddo, Nazareth, Capernaum, Sea of Galilee Cruise, Mount Arbel, the Golan Heights, Magdala, Caesarea Philippi, Tel Dan, Beit Shean, an opportunity to be baptized in the Jordan River & more.

Enjoy some R&R at the Dead Sea, but also see some fascinating sites en route to this desert oasis. We will ride through Samaria and visit Jacob's Well and the Mount Gerazim area on our way to the Dead Sea. 

After our stay at the Dead Sea, we will visit Masada and Ein Gedi as we make our way to Jerusalem.

We'll spend three days and nights in this magnificent holy city. Highlights include: Mount of Olives, Palm Sunday Road, Garden of Gethsemane, City of David, Temple Area, Western Wall & Rabbi’s Tunnels, Old City Jerusalem, Israel Museum, Holocaust Museum, Pool of Bethesda, Way of the Cross, Garden Tomb & more

 Overnight flight home from Tel Aviv  with a deeper understanding of the Bible or join us for more adventures in Jordan.

Today we cross the border into Jordan. We'll visit Mount Nebo, Moses' final resting place, Madaba and the Machaerus Fortress where John the Baptist was imprisoned and martyred en route to Petra.

Full day to tour this awe-inspiring Nabatean city carved out of desert red rocks. Walk through the narrow canyon walls of the Siq until they open out to the 'town square' of Petra with its iconic Treasury.  

Travel to Amman this afternoon and check into your hotel for your final night in the Holy Land.

Overnight flight home from the Amman airport in Jordan. Check-in late October 23 and depart Amman after midnight, arriving home on October 24.
